We encourage bold, imaginative narratives and recognize that fictional worlds naturally explore dramatic or provocative themes. While we support creative freedom, we also maintain community standards that ensure the platform remains welcoming for all. This balance allows creativity to thrive while upholding boundaries that respect our diverse audience.
These guidelines outline the expectations for responsible and positive participation. Although they do not cover every possible scenario, they highlight the types of behavior we promote and the limits we expect all users to respect.
Focus on creating and engaging with content that entertains, inspires, or informs. While intense storytelling is welcome, content that harms, intimidates, or endangers others — particularly minors — is strictly prohibited. This includes any promotion or depiction of real-world violence, torture, gore, animal cruelty, terrorism, or extremist ideologies.
All illegal sexual content is prohibited, including any form of child exploitation or abuse imagery, grooming, sexual extortion, pornographic material, and nudity.
Use language that is respectful toward all people. Content that is hateful, demeaning, dehumanizing, or that promotes discrimination or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, age, or other protected characteristics is not allowed.
Be mindful when addressing sensitive subjects such as self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide. Content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages these topics is prohibited. This includes extreme fitness content and body-shaming that may contribute to harmful behaviors.
Treat others with kindness and empathy. Harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, personal attacks, threatening or abusive conduct, and repeated unwanted interactions are not permitted. Do not share others’ private information or engage in harmful or unlawful behavior.
Do not impersonate public figures or private individuals, or use someone’s identity, likeness, or persona without permission or outside appropriate contexts.
Use the platform responsibly when discussing important topics such as health, elections, or finance. Sharing false or misleading information that could cause harm is prohibited.
Unsolicited advertising, promotions, commercial spam, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, contests, or sweepstakes are not allowed.
Only share content that you have the right to use. Do not infringe on intellectual property rights or submit copyrighted material without permission.
Do not share personal information about other individuals or create content that poses privacy or security risks.
Avoid creating or distributing defamatory or misleading content that could harm someone's reputation.
Fictional crime stories are welcome, but any real-world instructions, facilitation, or promotion of illegal goods, services, or activities — including the seeking or sale of illegal drugs — is strictly prohibited.
Do not request or provide medical, legal, financial, or tax advice through the platform.
Use the platform only as intended. Attempts to manipulate the system, generate prohibited content, hack, reverse engineer, or bypass safety mechanisms are not allowed.
Do not disrupt the Services or associated networks. Do not submit content containing malware, harmful code, or programs designed to impair software, hardware, or telecommunications systems.
Spamming, distributing harmful code, engaging in fraud, or participating in other dishonest activities is prohibited.
SWAGTOONS is a space for creativity, entertainment, and connection — and maintaining this environment is a shared responsibility.
If you encounter harmful content or behavior (including AI-generated content), use the reporting tools to notify us.
If content or behavior violates these Community Guidelines or our Terms of Service, we may remove content, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or, in severe cases, permanently ban users or report them to the appropriate authorities.
